Zando/MTN/ Huawei what a waste of my time

So this promo that Huawei and MTN are running seems to be a really mismanaged partnership, Zando is not delivering on their end of the bargain making me question the entire contract, I upgraded my phone and it was a night to get the phone to actually do what a phone does, it got so bad I tried to cancel the contract 3 times but knowing MTN I would still be going through hell so I let it go, then it was time to get the R2000 Zando coupon as advertised and no one seemed to know how this works and a week later I received some feedback, then I had to go through hoops and fire to actually get the coupon, did that but it took about 2 weeks to get the coupon, excited to shop at Zando, placed my order on the first of December 2018, I am still waiting for an acknowledgement from Zando that my order has been processed and will be delivered, I have not even received that, you call them and I have been on hold for more than 20 minutes at least 3 times a day and no answer to date, MTN/ Huawei your partner is really destroying this partnership, I need feedback because I have sent email and phoned and i have no feedback, I do need help.
