****yy consultants with ****en attitude and no service yet they Debit me little ****s!

I have a month to month contract with MTN , they debit R279 on a monthly basis o. The 4th with no fail however the service I have received from them is appalling, I haven’t had coverage for the past two months going on the 3rd one now , I have lodged complaints with them and I received no service at all , I spent R200 calling them however their consultants such as Mbali Dlhadlha dropped a call on my ear when I questioned her why am I still paying them . They must cancel my contract and they are the worst and would never recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable wifi rather go to Rain or any other network
