Your systems not mine
Just because MTN went through a strike, it doesn't mean the customers have to pay for its losses. I loaded R30 airtime, made a call then i was left with R28. 2 days later i called 173 and 808, checked my balance and all was still in order. The following evening I recieve an sms from MTN telling me that iI have received R55 for MTN 2 MTN calls. This lead to me checking my balance again, because I know this only happens if I spend R5 airtime or more. my balance was sitting at R21.57 &

Our call data records show that the airtime of R30 was loaded on the 2015-07-12 16:13:51. and was gradually depleted through voice calls and also Internet connection over a number of days and there was also a me 2 u transfer of airtime of R21 to a 078746***18 number on the 2015-07-16 17:47:54.The data bundle was also depleted through Internet usage browsing and downloads of various items with different sizes.
