Please get someone to contact me and cancel the service. I need a mutual separation with you, as a client your service costs me business losses & the worst is no one takes ownership, in stores you are referred to contact centre, contact centre either has uninformed consultants, system issues or transfers your libe and drops. This is scary and stressful, very unreliable. You can be in danger or sit with no manner of communication for days because MTN is just not reliable. I humbly ask that you cancel my contract, I've reached my peak. 2 years if stress with MTN
