Your service sucks

Very bad service!!!!!!!

I requested a statement from mtn about two months ago ,only to find my personal details were captured incorrectly .i was then advised to fix this error at my nearest branch upon during that I then requested my updated statement .to my disappointment my details were still captured incorrectly and mtn advised that the updated details would only reflect the following month .Another month of waiting and still my details are captured incorrectly. Mtn was the worse service ever and I’d never recommend anyone to ever use them !
