Your Mondo SP, is failing you and your clients

I have been a loyal client for MTN for a looong time, still have a sim contract with them. I dont know why they choose Mondo to assist with applications, i app**** for Home internet, almost a month now, they dont phone me, i phone them. Bad service, if you needed a third party why did you not choose someone who cares about your clients. I am ****ed, with your appalling choose and service. Till today they have not phoned me, or said anything about my application for weeks.
