Guys come on, I have been trying to cancel a contract thats been due for an upgrade since February this year. Your customer service is **********. Your ''...Please allow a 3-5 working day turnaround time for feedback..." Takes months! but you guys are very quick to make threats whenever someone misses a payment. No man, do better!
