Do I really need to give you a star?

I am beyond furious!!

I have absolutely NOTHING to do with MTN, yet somehow your insurance line is connected to my personal cell number. I have had hundreds of calls in the past 2 days and due to this have not been able to work because everytime I have needed to so something the phone rings. This has been going on for a month already and everytime I get hold of someone at MTN they keep transferring me to someone else who can't help me or the line gets dropped.

I am so glad I am NOT with MTN. I feel sorry for the people who have to deal with your company.
