Your Bright Side is turning into my Dark Side

Loaded airtime on Monday 20th of Nov 2017, R180. network started bugging out and I couldnt access the internet on my iphone. then next thing all the airtime disappeared. took the loss. loaded airtime again. This morning 23rd Nov 2017 before 7am, I have R194 airtime balance. network bugs again, cant access internet. Next thing, R0 balance. I try calling the call centre, no success.

I loaded R30 to call a former colleague to ask if there is a problem. After the 2 mins call, R0 balance again. I have been catching major Ls here. Call centre is unresponsive. I need a call to get a recon on my CDRs because something aint right. And yes, I did check, I am subscribed to no content on my iphone and currently have a 1gb data balance before someone asks me if I am not using the internet without a data bundle.

Get the facts right and get back to me otherwise I will port..It's too much money to lose within a week in this economy
