Your billling is in a mess
MTN billing is in a mess. Do you even know what is going on? Please explain to me how it is possible that you debit my account in January 2016 with R35.50 yet your invoice shows R139? Then your statement show R174.50?<br> <br> 3 different amounts on 3 different documents for January 2016<br> <br> Really???<br> <br> I only have one amount that should go off every month and that is R139<br> <br> I need to speak to senior manager who has 3 brain cells

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note that you were debited only R35.50 on the 30 January 2016 instead of R139 for the 20 December 2015 invoice because of the credit of R103.50 which was done on the 20 December 2015.
Your statement shows a balance of R174.50 because the R35.50 had not being debited at the time the statement was printed. Your total balance on the statement each month will always show two invoices combined, which is the amount going off the very same month end and the one going off the next month.
The reason for this is because we are billing you a month behind and by the time we debit your bank account our Billing system already has Two invoices however only one goes off month end. From the balance R174.50 written on the statement, R35.50 already went off and the remaining R139 you saw on the Invoice will go off end of February 2016.
We hope you will find the above in order.
