You stole my money for a router that never worked

Please stop ruining my life before i app**** for your month to month deal from you i had a good credit score. Now that i app**** via a phone when one of your agents called me for a cellphone promotion. She sold me what she wanted, not what i needed for the sake of making a sale and commission and signed me up for a 2 year contract. I closed my bank account just to have you blacklist me for cancelling, stop selling the nonsense lies of you can cancel anytime. Sharon from your head office pretended as if she was helping, advising me to take the router to northgate mall and advising that i returned it before 7 days so there wont be any cancellation fee. Why in my case you are forcing me to continue with something i didn't apply for??? On top of that you took my money R663 when your router didn't even work for 1 day and i was supposed to pay R429. I returned your router but you still charged me rejecting my cancelation because I'm black and stupid right you wanna make money out of me forcing your contract down my throat when all i wanted was a month to month deal. If it was a white person this could be resolved along time ago. You took advantage and ****** me of my hard earned money with no remorse. You guys are ****** and i will let the whole world know it doesn't matter where and how, the fact remains people will listen to my story and choose networks which are honest not your **** network😡😡😡😡😡😡
