I AM SO SICK OF MTN!!!!!! This will be my second review of extremely poor service. I requested MTN to cancel my contract in May 2024. Nobody did their job.... Up until September, the contract has still not been cancelled. I paid the account up to date. On the 13th of September 2024 the contract should have been cancelled, guessss what.... I received another bill that I need to pay... After the account was in R0.00 I now all of the sudden owe them money AGAIN after destroying the sim card in June already. I wish I could swear in this review... I really wish I could tell MTN how I feel... MTN YOU ARE *****ING PEOPLE'S MONEY!!!!!!! YOU ARE A ***** BECAUSE YOU LET PEOPLE'S CREDIT SCORE GO DOWN THE DRAIN BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T DO YOUR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! YOU ARE A PARASITE!!!!!! YOU DESERVE TO BE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE MTN!!!!!! To the following people, who didn't do your job, thank you for NOTHING, thank you for RUINING my credit score!!!!
