Hendretta Vilakazi is the most efficient person I have ever come across. Not only does she give excellent customer service, she also knows her product like I have never seen before. But what stood out the most about Hendretta when we visited the MTN store on Sunday to renew our contract, was how she multi tasked. She could easily help 4 clients at a time and make each one of them feel like they are the only customers she is helping. Hendretta runs around that store like a Duracel bunny attending to everyones needs. I think there were 2 or maybe 3 other staff in the store at the time, but Hendretta does double the amount of work of all the other staff put together. Please make sure Hendretta gets to see this compliment and reward her for her hard work. Anyone will snap her up and she will be an asset to any business.
