You said you have cancelled the contract

I sent you a message to cancel the contract and your call centre agent called me (13 Jan 2015) to inform me that they did receive my request and they will cancel the contract and my last debit will be the 25th Jan 2015.

I received an invoice for Feb , can someone make me understand what am I paying because i have cancelled the contract.

I will not pay that money because I dont have any contract with MTN.

I now understand why that guy put a banner , I am tired of communicating with MTN regarding the cancellation of the contract. You have the most ineffiecient processes and that is the reason I dont want to renew.

Hello maval,

We are sorry to have disappointed you with our service and would like to assure you that we do strive to provide the best service at all times.

Please be advised that the we as the cancellation department received your request on 26-02-2015, please also be advised that your invoices are dated the 13th of every month and you get provisioned with airtime, sms and data on the 14th of every month.

Our records show that you were provisioned with rand value on 14-02-2015 and you had used the airtime and that is why you were liable for the February invoice.

Regards,
Yahya
