YOU'RE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE, MTN!!!!!

After literally MONTHS of trying to resolve a problem with MTN, I finally asked one of our Sales Execs to go in with a current invoice to try and sort the problem out face to face with an MTN Consultant. After almost two hours and being told to phone different departments - my guy had to do that, not them!!!???? - how so MTN???? - the matter is STILL not resolved. I asked Sifiso to give me the name and number of his manager - he gave me Siphiwe's name and told me he/she would phone me. I asked that they phone within the next half an hour as I didn't believe for one moment they would phone. Well, guess what - I'm still waiting!! MTN should be closed down. They are more than useless. The number of hours I have wasted on trying to resolve a problem is an absolute disgrace!!! I have tried phoning and just give up holding on
