YOU HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE WORST SERVICE UNTIL YOU REQUIRED SERVICE FROM MTN SP.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 LTE IMEI: ********** ********** 7 on 24/10/2014 by contract that comes with a 24 months warranty, and somewhere in Oct/Nov 2015 the phone lost network, I took it to Samsung Brooklyn and they did a software upgrade, but the network still did not return. They then said I must take it to MTN so they can replace the motherboard. I took it to MTN HVRC in Midrand. When it came back the problem still occurred because they only did a software upgrade too. I took it back again and they replaced the motherboard because they said the phone was overheating and self-destructing, which they said it was a factory fault, the problem seemed sorted but now the S pen was not working and the device started switching itself off, I took it back again and they said it was repaired and the battery was faulty. But when I tested the device the problem still occurred and the S pen was still not working. I took it back again and MTN Brooklyn said it was fixed and that I needed to replace the battery but they don't have in stock’ but they’ll source one out for me and let me know once available, but that hasn’t happened yet. A week later the screen started lifting out of the cell phone housing which is a sign of the screen not being tightened/ inserted properly. Still today 22/06/2016 the phone is still at MTN HVRC and now they want me to pay R330 because they say they have tested the phone and couldn’t find fault with the phone, and this is besides the fact that I have shown the lifting screen to the consultant at MTN Brooklyn Square. Now my other concern is, if the motherboard was faulty from the onset and the phone self-destructing, The chance is that it ****ed the battery as well and I don’t see a reason why I should be buying a new battery for a faulty device. The most irritating thing is the fact that they discourage you to call them for follow ups because every time you do, you get assisted by a different call centre agent who is totally in the dark regarding your problem in such a way that you have to explain yourself from the beginning all over again.

I have called the MTN High Volume Repair Centre, went to their offices in Midrand. I went to MTN Brooklyn Square countless times, I have also emailed both departments including the MTN customer care but I am not getting any help from any of them, and this is regardless to the fact that they are deducting R549 from my account every month on time, not even missing one payment. Now how is this for service.
