You have not answered the question...
***

Please read the content of my last report a little more carefully... I consider my contract cancelled because of a BREACH OF CONTRACT by MTN... The fact that it is supposed to run until 2016 does not override BREACH OF CONTRACT. So either deliver a replacement phone, or cancel the contract and refund the amounts I have paid on the device.

Secondly, Nashua giving you my bank details was an offence, no company can share private information without the knowledge and consent of the person. I have not authorised MTN to take debit orders from my account. Therefore the debit order is *******, and you have basically admitted in your reply therefore that Nashua and MTN have conspired to commit an offence. I will forward your reply to PASA and begin official complaint procedures.

Then lastly, how exactly can I give you my IMEI? Shall I post it on an open forum where anyone can access it? How do I contact you to give you said IMEI? And please dont give me the call centre number, BECAUSE NO ONE IS ANSWERING!!!! WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF PUTTING THIS POST UP ON HELLO PETER.

PHONE ME SO THAT I CAN SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND SORT THIS OUT!!!!!
