You go MTN 😡😡😡

I am very very upset with MTN I have laid many complaints via, email and phone calls. I pay them every month no delays. I reported our WIFI issue in Volksrust Mountain View area more than once. Today on my complain I get a message stating due to batteries and so on that get ****** and fuel for generators and what so on I must now pay more. WOW pay for no services you go MTN. I am considering to not pay anything anymore because we can hardly even use our data on the phone never mind the WIFI that doesnt work at all. No service no pay......But in my case I cannot do so because my bills will add up. Just wondering who steels from who here now.
