YOU DEBITED ME TWICE, PY my REFUND NOW!!!!

I was double debited, I called customer care and the agent had a nerve of dropping the phone into my ears after advising me that I will get my refund after 30 Days,Imagine!
I then sent an email to customer care with my proof but I received a blank email from Tyrrin Bennett/a day later , I rep**** on the same email with my bank statement again, no one came back to me.
I called MTN again this morning and my number is blocked from calling MTN, I had to borrow a phone and call MTN, spoke to Nosicelo Tengile who sounded like she was willing to help me in the beginning of the call, she then asked me to resend the statement to her, she couldnt download the statement, I then changed the format to PDF, she still dismiss me by saying that she can't stay any longer on the call with me, I asked her to pass me to someone who can help since she cannot help, she even said that I am attacking her when I needed help.
I mean if you MTN deducted my account twice and u can't get back to me, you can't even allow me to call you,you telling me you cannot speak to me and you drop phones on my ear, who is going to help me as an MTN Customer?

Please refund my money and cancel this contract!!!!!!!!! You have pathetic customer service I wonder if you even have QA for your agents?!
