You can't upgrade at MTN!!!!!!!!!

I am due for an upgrade on two numbers. There are 9 steps in the upgrade process. At step 9 an error is shown on my profile. I can't upgrade at a store, I can't use the app, I can't upgrade online and I get daily OTP's as the people are trying on MTN's side. So in short' I can't upgrade. Calls were logged. Calls were escalated. MTN went from the best service provider to a bunch of idiots.
