You can't join MTN unless you have a MTN account
My partner has a monthly debit order coming off of his bank account but he does not have an MTN account. When you try to contact MTN to query this you have to enter the relevant MTN number or it bombs out. If he jolly well had a number he wouldn't need to be calling them! Absolutely every avenue for contact on their website leads to the request for the relevant number. Even their Sales option asks for the MTN number! How completely inefficient, unprofessional and idiotic.

Please supply a contact number we can use to contact MTN because every number we try requires the cell number to be entered which we do not know because we have no contract.
