Everytime I use my rewards to buy airtime the very next day I wake up and it's gone, I bought R30 30day airtime it's it's gone, ur consultant tells me it's out of data rates that app**** but I switched those off and I'm always on WiFi. Your service is appalling MTN for a such an established service provider you are sure not invested in treating your customers fairly.The level of incompetence is dissapointing what are you doing with all the money you are making?????
