31 Mar 2025, 17:38I upgraded my phone online and dsv was supposed to deliver the phone on the 24/03/2025. The delivery failed because of biometrics and the dsv driver said we must get mtn to authorize a manual deliver, we did that and he said the phone would be delivered on that Friday the 28th. The 28th came and we had no contact with the dsv driver so we phoned dsv and they said we must contact mtn because mtn did not authorize a manual delivery. So the next few days we phoned mtn and two different agents told us that it was authorized on the 25th and that we must 72 hours and dsv will contact us. 72 hours came and went with no call from dsv so I decided to call them and they told me mtn has still not authorized a manual delivery. So ever since I have been transferred back and forth between mtn and dsv and my phone is now being held hostage . They won't let me resubmit an upgrade so now I must just wait for a phone that might never come

01 Apr 2025, 14:55Another day of just getting passed around from mtn agent to mtn agent . 3 agents have now confirmed that they have authorized a manual delivery but dsv still says that they didn't. I think it's time to make noise on social media we have over 100000 followers at our disposal

04 Apr 2025, 08:384th of April and still no help from dsv or mtn. My contact officially ends on the 16th and I can only compete the upgrade when I put my sim in my new phone. Why won't anyone help me? Had my phone been ******?
