I am not happy

I am literally in tears writing this, I got a call from mondo 2019 selling me a MTN deal of 10Gsim with free rooter with R99 a month. But to my surprise the consultant entered an amount of R299 on the account that the deducted. I phone trying to resolve this yet now it's not yet resolved

And it is reflected on my credit report bad, over something that has been in question over the years And now I want to pay they are throwing me over and over no one is willing to assist.
