I took a contract over the phone with MTN in January 26 2021,15GB at R99 for 24 months.To my surprise I received 2 SIM cards ,I went to MTN shop in Rosebank to check with them why did I receive 2 Sims,and only to find out that I was given 2 contracts without my knowledge the one for R99 and R299 for 36 months.I was advices to email them to find out as they can't help me since I took the contracts over the phone.I have send the email to mondo sales and the never came back to newest back to the MTN shop the emailed them still never came back to me after certain days until today nobody bothered to come back to me ,i am not using their data's as it says my SIM card is suspended ,yet they are debiting my account every month end ,I am now in arrears of R1012.54.Please somebody help me
