Mtn offered my wife a yellowdata package for our contracted phones. She purchased a 1G package for our son and 500mb contract for me, on a month to month basis. This month we were billed over R700 for out of bundle use. What confounds us is that in the middle of March, our son runs out of data, has to purchase a top up from a vendor. Secondly we purchased a 500mb and 1G package, both contracts on the cellphones are top up contracts, so how can they bill us out of bundle. Third point, how is it that we were not informed via SMS that we are out of bundle, which is customary. Mtn is taking us for a ride, and we feel ******.
