Yellowdata

<p>I was contacted by mtn yellowdata and offered a package deal of cheaper data per month five days ago.In the conversation nothing was mentioned about my phone number needed to be on contract.I was offered a contract fot 1g per month for 99rand.I took it for two mtn numbers.They said it will be activated in the next two hours.By the following day no activation when i phoned they say 72hours.By friday still no activation and said i must wait it will be activated soon.Today five days later i called them again and their reply was i have a prepaid number and it is only for contract numbers.I was very upset as they took my banking details and id number and said they cancelled the contract but no one informed me.Poor poor service.And my personal details was given over to them how do they train their salespeople their was even a sales person and a guy verifying all my details with no mention of contract phones.</p>
