Yellowbucks! What a pointless initiative

Please help me understand WHY you persistently send me reminders about how I am able to spend my Yellowbucks when the program does not even work!! The most frustrating thing is that NO one in your call Centre had a cooking clue about how the program works! I stood at the till with my codes that have been smsed to me trying to pay! All the codes gave a token invalid error! I called your call Centre multiple times and no one could help! I spoke to various consultants while standing at the till and still I was unsuccessful!

Please just take away this rewards program! It’s pointless, much like your call Customer care staff!! There was NO care!! They Couldn’t give a damn!
