Yellow MTN
<p>I renewed my contract in March 2015. My limit was r600. So this is what I paid for the last 15 months. Until June & July 2016 they billed an extra R1500 extra for data usage. According to MTN my limit was changed from R600 to R6000. They don't know how it happened . I have made numerous calls and emailed them for the last month but don't get any joy. They are just not bothered as my account has been debited already. I have asked for information regarding the data usage. In July 2016 I did not use the simcard but yet again I was charged R700 for data usage. MTN is *****ing from the poor. I have been a customer for the last 12 years and no one in the call centre can give me an answer. </p>

Kindly be advised that the invoice dated 2016-05-07 to 2016-07-07 you were charged for Wholesale Data bundles which are data bundles purchased via the USSD code *141*2#ok. Our system shows that the Subscriber Usage Limit (SUL) was increased via the USSD code *141*5#ok, please refer to the below.

On the 2016-07-11, the SUL was decreased from R 6000.00 to R 0.00 at an MTN Store as per your request.

02 Aug 2016, 08:07Hi ayanda, so if the cell no was not in use for more then a month in July 2016. How was I billed again for data usage for over R1000. My debit order was for 2100 at the end of July 2016.
