Yellobucks waste of time

I have been endlessly trying to contact mtn and their partners regarding a yellobucks issue. Points were redeemed but the voucher not received. I call mtn with obviously no assistance. I call tlc and still no assistance. Now you can’t even get a hold of tlc. Pathetic. My vouchers have expired without me being able to use them. Why even bother with a loyalty program?
