Yello useless

Been trying to get a Sim swap with mtn how hard can it be worst of all I went to mtn store in Alberton this morning and the lady wasn't interested in helping I had to greet her and she didn't even ask how can she help me cause whatever she was watching on the pc was more important than me n eventually I told her I needed to do a Sim swap I was told to come to the branch all she asked was prepaid or contract then she said they offline for prepaid Sim swaps even the last time I was there I was told the same thing so why the hell am I getting a text to go to branch while the staff doesn't wanna help when your using prepaid. The reason I dnt wanna change my number is because I have been with mtn for over a decade but clearly that doesn't mean a thing to them I guess I'll have to switch to another network that will be helpful then cz I'm avoiding having to even go to banks to change numbers but after several attempts with branch, call center n emails might as well change networks
