Yello MTN? - lights are on but nobody is home
My MTN contract expired in March.
Since then I have been calling (808) and emailing [Email Removed] to get it cancelled, with no response.
There is a direct debit coming off my account every month, but the phone has not been used since mid January.
I am at a loss to know where to turn to.
My only remaining option seems to be contacting my bank to decline the Debit order from MTN.
Can anyone advise or help?
