Yello MTN - is your accounts department capable, thinking and caring??

Having received notice that my monthly contract would be increasing (I thought that a contract price was valid for the length of that contract) I have just paid an amount that is R22-55more than the newly increased contract price. On emailing MTN for ask for a reason for this I was just resent another copy of the invoice - nothing else. I am confused!!!
