Yello MTN is so useless

OMG I took out an MTN contract - and here I was thinking that Vodacom and Telkom were horrible - my experience so far is even worse :( Online sale for an LTE package - does not work - so I’m told that I have to go to a branch to RiCA sim. Have to beg for set up instructions - does not come with device. Internet works and then stops - sim is apparently now RICA barred - how difficult can it be to get the basics right. Come on MTN - we are all nameless and faceless to you - so difficult to contact. You are printing money - improve your service please. Last time I work with you :(
