Mtn is a bunch of *****sters, called me to let me know I qualify for a phone and nothing was finalised on my side only to find out that the agent opened a contract under my name. I never signed anything, been requesting for voice records to prove that I never agreed on anything. Now I'm being told I have a contract which offers me airtime n data. Opened a case of ***** yet nothing has been done by mtn.
