Xtra Time feature is a ****

Worst network provider I have ever dealt with in my entire life. It has only been 3 months yet more then I can count I have used the Xtra Time feature to loan myself 50 buck worth of airtime yet only received 22 bucks. However my debt reflect the full 50 buck as credit. This has happened more than once it must be a business model.
