Xtra time
MTN allows one to take xtra time in an emergency. I had forgotten that I had taken R20 because we have WiFi at home and used my points to buy data which lasts me a while and was not necessary to put in any airtime. I got this message from them
Y'ello! You are no longer able to access XtraTime and some services Have been suspended. Please recharge to continue enjoying XtraTime. TsCs apply
OMG what a disappointment. They made me feel like a ******** because of R20
Well they can keep their xtra time. They make so much money as it is and treat me with such disrespect because of R20
I won't and will never request it again even if they offer it to me. I will rather do without it.
I have however paid it back

I have been an active subscriber for 10 years so please dont insult my intelligence. It shud be my choice how much I would like and how often I would like to take it. Please will you just leave this now. I DONT WANT YOUR EXTRA TIME. YOU CANNOT DICTATE TO ME HOW MUCH I NEED AND HOW OFTEN I WOULD LIKE TAKE IT. Please dont send me anymore messages in this regard, you will be wasting your time. You felt the need to insult me and treat me like a ********. So I am letting this go
