XTRA LOAN POPUPS EVERY NIGHT!

Hi good day,

I have a tablet which uses a mtn data sim and it is currently low on airtime. So every night I get a popup with the screen bright on all night with mtn asking me if I want an XTRA LOAN….? (This is bad if the kids have the tablet the whole night for instance) To make it worse, there are many popups so I need to restart the tablet in the morning or click close for a few minutes.

- I have tried dialling *135# and opting out of all the services and promotion packages however I still get a popup? - I tried calling the 135 customer support number but when I press 0 I cannot speak to an operator… (you have made an invalid selection)

Ive have been a loyal customer for years but if this isn’t resolved I will unplug the simcard and use another network provider so please help asap!!!
