Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G (Missing tablet in bundle deal)

Gooday I have just taken delivery of a device i signed up, all is good, Thanks. Problem: The deal (Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro + 5G) I had taken up is a bundle deal that includes a Xiaomi tablet. Only the device was delivered, No tablet, as i understand that there is a separate process to receive the tablet, but now no one really knows what the process is, the consultants keep transferring me to Mondo, Mondo knows nothing about this, who can i assist, please help
