Dear MTN <br> I cannot get any help with obtaining a itc number for my lost cellphone... I will be holding you liable and accountable if there is any complication with my insurance provider... and you want bonuses... but you have never heard of a business continuity plan????

I do see that your sim card has been suspended already, in regards to the blacklisting of handset do send me the handset details together with your ID and details of the incident when phone was lost/****** and I will do the blacklisting and email you the ITC reference number. I have sent an email to you so please respond with these details for further assistance.
