I placed an insurance Claim for my phone which took a week for MTN to comfirm and then whne they had to fetch my phone they could not wait 5 minutes for me to finish a call that i was on and just left the reception area hat my office with no explination as to why they could not wait the 5 minutes and 28 seconds it took me to get to reception. I then tried to call the Insurance and did not get through for 1 hours at 7 minutes, only to have them pick up the call and then just end it without a word. I am so angry right now and frustrated with the lack of respect and service that MTN Insurance has givcen me!!!!!!
