Wrongly billed by MTN
I have upgraded my second line I have with MTN on 07/02/2016. On Wednesday 10/02/2016 I received an invoice from MTN amounting to R1 793.48. When I check the invoice I saw a line item that says \Wholesale Data Bundle Charges R1376.30\" which I never authorised. When I checked the data bundles on the phone I picked up that I was credited with 100GB of data. I queried this with MTN and I was told that I did buy the bundles using *141* facility which I did not. I informed them that I have never done the purchase and they insisted that I did the purchase. I pleased to remove the line item and take their data bundles back they refused.<br> <br> MTN does not have the right to bill us for things we did not have an agreement with and this is ***** and it is *******."

We have now perused your account and we see that a thorough investigation was done and the purchase of the bundles was initiated from your device. The only way these Wholesale Data bundle charges can be added to your account is by the user dialing the USSD code (*141*2#) to purchase data bundles.
There are no credits due for the account.
