Wrongfully handed over

Early this year i requested for an early settlement from MTN which they gave me an amount to pay-in. payment was done in full and proof of payment was sent for them to migrate me from MTN Contract to prepaid which they did a few days later. 5 months later today i get a notification that i have been handed over to legal for outstanding balance
