Wrongfully blacklisted by MTN

Samsung confirmed that MTN blacklisted my Samsung device. I am with Vodacom, my phone has not been ****** and it is clearly wrongfully blacklisted by MTN. It is impossible to speak to MTN or get any feedback; I have tried various options and platforms, without any luck.
