wrongfully billed.
<p>hi.my husband got a contract with mtn that was paid R137,00 monthly from mahikeng,and he was paying in cash,around June he got a bill that says he need to pay R11,000 because his account was handed to the legal department,when he went to mtn mahikeng they told him they cant help him because its already handed over,they gave him only the phone numbers to call,legal department send him to accounts and accounts department realized that he was wrongfully billed,but till today is not sorted and the sad part is this now is affecting our new house agreement,</p>

A credit of R10784.71 (incl. vat) has been passed to the account on 2016-06-30, we have requested the legal department to assist with updating the payment profile.
