Wrongfully accused of being in arrears
I opened a laptop contract with MTN and faithfully made my payments. Close to the end of my contract I began receiving emails and messages from lawyers saying I was in arrears of R10000 with regards to my contract. I checked my account online only to see everything in order. So I assumed its spam and ignored it. However the messages and calls are daily and they have all my details from mtn. I have gone into mtn twice, emailed mtn numerous times phone and spoken to the lawyers emailed them to prove my account is paid and still I receive these lawyers asking for money. I have no idea anymore how to get this to stop unless I hire a lawyer to sue mtn for *******ly giving away my information when my account is not in arrears
