WRONGFUL UPGRADE

at the end of January 2016 MTN Velocity did a wrongful upgrade on my cell number ending in *646. When I started getting sms's to say the number has been upgraded i phoned them to complain. They could not produce a contract or a document where i signed for the phone. After lodging the complaint i was phoned a few days later to say that the upgrade will be reversed. In February I was charged the new upgrade rates. I phoned and MTN service Centre said i must email them an affidavit that the upgrade was not authorized and that they would send it to the ***** unit. <br> I have a number of reference numbers. Every time one esquires they send a new reference but nothing gets done. Two months later I am still being charge the upgrade rates with nothing reversed. All you receive is that they still processing the complaint. <br> I cannot upgrade as this is blocking the upgrade. When does one get service. For 13 years I have never had a problem with MTN. since January 2016 this is the second. The January complaint has still not been resolved.
