Wrongful negative credit record
I have been struggling to have a ********** account cleared from my name since May 2022. The supporting certified documents that I was asked to submit eventually expired. I submitted new ones on 15 February 2023 and a new ***** case was opened at MTN.
After a month of being told that the matter had been referred to their ***** / legal department, I still do not have any response. I tried phoning, emailing and going to the store but got NO help.
The matter is now blocking my home loan application as it had wrongfully put a negative credit record against my name. I urgently need a clearance letter.

It is almost a year later yet it seems their *****/ legal department is unable to resolve just this one case??? Now I cannot buy a house because someone is not doing their work. Surely this is not how potential customers should be treated!!! Both customer service and the store says the matter is with legal service yet there is no feedback, update or resolution on the matter. I have asked for a LETTER confirming that this is a ********** case under investigation; which I need to submit to the bank but it is also not forth coming.
