Wrongful Billing
August 2014 I requested the termination of my MTN contract. I was then told to pay a cancellation fee of over R2000 which are gladly did. Now in the last 3 months MTN has started taking money from my account again. I reversed these debit orders, so now I have my phone blocked from making any phone calls.

Kindly note that the number *** has been migrated to pre-paid on 2015-10-13 however there was usage on the number which is why you were billed, therefore you are liable for the charges incurred due to the usage before the number was migrated.
