wrongful account
I have been unemployed since January till April I have been since April trying to find out what my arrears is so that I can pay my bill. No one replies to my emails. Call centre is closed so no help there. When u go instore to my local MTN they say they can't help me.

So today I get a call from some shaik attorneys and they tell me that I am in arrears with R10,000. When I ask them when my account was handed over they say on the 6th of June. Y was it only handed over now? After I've been trying to get a hold of MTN it not my fault they dont get back to me. Also for 3 months I cant be in arrears for 10,000 my contract is only a 349p/m contract.

I have posted here in May regarding MTN and no one has called me back since then never even rep**** to my emails. It not my fault MTN is on strike.

Now you guys want to make me suffer because u didn't do ur job. If you would've gotten back to me previously this could've been resolved faster. I never even got an email or call from MTN. Only from some attorneys today
